Pennant is a small peaceful hamlet in Powys, mid Wales located on the B4518 road between Llanbrynmair and the market town of Llanidloes. The outbuildilng overlooks the open countryside of the valley to the front and at the rear there are the stunning exposed rocks that can be seen from a wide area.
The village of Llanbrynmair is approximately 4 miles distant and has a post office, general store and community centre. The market towns of Machynlleth (15 miles), Llanidloes (11 miles) and Newtown (20 miles) offer a full range of amenities and facilities. Primary school education is available in the village of Llanbrymair (4 miles) and secondary education at either Llanidloes or Machynlleth.
